All projects are undertaken based on mutual agreement regarding scope, timeline, and pricing. Work does not begin until terms are clearly agreed upon by both parties.

You agree to provide accurate project information, timely feedback, and required materials to ensure smooth progress.

3. Payments

Project pricing, payment schedules, and accepted payment methods will be discussed and confirmed before work begins.

• Deposits may be required before starting work
• Milestone or phased payments may apply
• Final deliverables are provided after full payment

Payments for completed work are non-refundable. Late payments may result in paused or terminated work.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, ownership of agreed project deliverables is transferred to you, unless stated otherwise.

We retain ownership of any pre-existing tools, frameworks, libraries, or reusable code used during development.

Unless explicitly restricted, we may display completed work in our portfolio as examples of past projects.

5. Scope Changes

Requests that fall outside the agreed project scope may require additional time and cost. Any significant changes must be approved by both parties before implementation.

6. Timelines

Project timelines are estimates and depend on timely feedback, approvals, and required inputs from you. Delays caused by missing information or scope changes may affect delivery dates.

7. Client Responsibilities

• Provide accurate and lawful content
• Ensure rights to all materials you supply
• Respond to communications in a timely manner
• Make payments as agreed
• Not use deliverables for unlawful purposes

8. Disclaimer

Services are provided on an "as-is" basis. While we aim for quality and reliability, we do not guarantee that deliverables will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific project. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages.

10. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any non-public information shared during a project, unless disclosure is required by law.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate a project with written notice. You are responsible for payment of all completed work up to the termination date.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable local laws, without regard to conflict of law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
